Smughost

In this article we are going to show you how to add an email forward from your cPanel. This is useful if you have another main email address you use for your business. So you can have example@yourdomain.com forward to example@gmail.com.

This is also fantastic for branding as you can display your professional email address everywhere but still use an external email provider and receive all of the emails.

1. Login to your cPanel: You can find your cPanel login details in the email we send you when you setup the account or you can connect directly from your Smughost account.

2. Find and Click “Forwarders” under the “Email” tab on your cPanel.

3. Click “Add Forwarder”.

4. Enter the name for your email address such as support@, hello@, sales@ ect.

Then select the domain name your want the email address for.

Then select the email you want to forward to emails to (example: example@gmail.com).

Then click”Add Forwarder”.

5. Now the forwarder is active.

Now any email that goes to example@yourdomain.com will be forwarded to example@gmail.com.

We hope this has helped and if you have any questions or need help get in touch!
