Our Offer

The truth is we are still a small business that is always growing and always looking to give back where we can. Although we can’t currently offer to much financial support to charities and fundraisers we do have fantastic servers and a brilliant support team so we want to give back using that. We believe we can offer help using the services we offer.

We want to provide charities and fundraisers free website hosting so they don’t have to worry about hosting costs for their websites. It’s not a standard hosting account either, it comes with 10GB of storage, 20GB bandwidth, unlimited email accounts and sub domains plus has all of the fantastic features the other plans have such as the website builder and the instant script installer. Every website will also have free ssl certificates and the daily backups. 

The free accounts also still come with the popular cPanel account to make it easy to manage your website. We are also on hand to help and support wherever we can through Email and Facebook live chat. All is completely free to not-for-profit organisations, we would appreciate any link to us on your website you can provide but it’s completely optional.

Shared hosting is a form of hosting where multiple websites are hosted on the same server so the costs can be kept low. It means you are sharing the server’s resources with other clients. All accounts are kept seperately for security of all accounts.

Shared hosting is suitable for most websites/ businesses. Shared hosting is more limited by the amount of traffic/ visitor’s your website gets as you are sharing server resources with other websites.

The great news is it takes a lot of visitor’s before you even have to worry about this.

Our free hosting is for charities and fundraisers, organisations not-for-profit but if you want to continue hosting with us we can move you to one of our shared hosting plans starting from just £1.49/ monthly.

You can cancel your account whenever you want, there are no contracts in place and we try to make it simple, you can contact us or cancel the account right from your member’s area.

We offer daily backups included with every shared hosting plan. So every 24 hours a backup of your website, files, databases and email accounts are taken using our built in plugin “JetBackup” and you can access these backups anytime on your cPanel. You can download these backups for your own use or even restore your website to a time in the past.

No, we understand it looks confusing because we offer free ssl certificates with every hosting account and then we also sell ssl certificates seperately.

The truth is you do have free ssl certificates for every domain name you add to your account and them certificates are perfectly fine. We do also offer other ssl certificates that offer more features which is why they cost, such as the trust deal, browser identification, wildcards ect. Most websites/ business won’t need these kinds of certificates but we want to offer them incase they are needed.

No! Your plans price will never increase, even if our prices change your plan will not be affected.
