Change Your Email Address

In this article we are going to show you how to change your email address for your Smughost account, it’s important we have a valid email address that you can access, we send important information to your email such as service details, invoice reminders etc. 

We do not recommend you using a domain name email address that is connected to your Smughost account as if your service is ever suspended you may lose access to your whole account. Here is a step by step tutorial of how to update your details.

Step 1: Login to your Smughost account

Step 2: Click on the arrow next to your name as shown in the image below. 

Step 3: Click “Your Profile” from the drop down menu. 

Step 4: Enter your new email address in the box shown below and click “Save Changes”.
